|Grape variety:||90% Sangiovese + 10% Merlot.|

|Harvest:||At the 1st of October , beautiful grapes were harvested manually and collected in small baskets. Yield was 40 hl/ha.|
|Weather:||Winter was cold and also spring recorded low temperatures and a lot of rain.
As from the 1st of June the weather really changed for the better and it became a beautiful warm, sometimes hot summer.
|Vinification:||After destemming, fermentation took place at a maximum temperature of 26°C for a period of 19 days in our cement tanks, with regular pushing down the cap in order to have the skins immersed.|
|Maturation:||For one year in used oak French barrique.
Malolactic fermentation took place in barrique.
|The wine:||Drink between now and 5 years.|
