|Weather:||After a heavy winter with temperatures of -11°C, spring started very good, until we had a serious hailstorm at the end of May. This caused a lot of damage giving us a small harvest.|
|Vinification:||After destemming, fermentation took place at a maximum temperature of 29°C for a period of 15 days in our cement tanks, with regular pushing down the cap in order to have the skins immersed.|
|Maturation:||For one year in used oak French barrique and one year in inox.
Malolactic fermentation took place in barrique.
|The wine:||Drink between now and 5 years.|
