| Weather: | This year was a exceptional year for growing grapes, a really hot and dry summer with only the highly necessary rain at the end of September which gave our grapes the opportunity to get fully flavoured and the correct acidity. | 
| Vinification: | After destemming, fermentation took place at a maximum temperature of 27°C for a period of 19 days in our cement tanks, with regular pushing down the cap in order to have the skins immersed. | 
| Maturation: | for 2 year in  oak French barrique, for the first year and used oak for the second year. Malolactic fermentation took place in new barrique |
