|Vinification:||After destemming, fermentation took place at a maximum temperature of 32°C for a period of 28 days in our cement tanks, with regular pushing down the cap in order to have the skins immersed|
|Maturation:||For 2 year in oak French barrique, for the first year and used oak for the second year.
Malolactic fermentation took place in new barrique.
