Location: Monteleone di Orvieto, Italy

Weather: This year had a good summer with very high temperatures in July, somewhat cooler in August with more rain. A small and good quality year.
Vinification: After destemming, fermentation took place at a maximum temperature of 25°C for a period of 12 days in our cement tanks, with regular pushing down the cap in order to have the skins immersed.
Maturation: For 24 months in French barrique.
Malolactic fermentation took place in barrique.
